Christmas Day

Hello Folks

Well this post is a tad late, but hey its better late than never! As they always say hehe... Well let me if you will pick up from Wed's night into Christmas day.. Wed's night we were busy wrapping up what we got during our shopping spree, and oh man the stores were busy! Then we got home, ate a great shrimp dinner, omg soo good! Then wrapped and got the baskets together, put J down to bed, or tried, till he knocked out finally. Then we didnt go to bed till 3 ish AM after getting last minute things together.. Esp my sis in law's gift for her birthday..

So we got up around oh 7:30 due to my allergies and I couldnt breath much, so I jumped in the shower and to clear my nose up, Hub woke up and started cooking breakfast, we ate, opened stockings, we did our gifts, then Hub showered and dressed,while I dressed kiddo and he loaded the car up well van but car, and then we shut down the house and turned off things we didnt need.. Went to the store to pick up an energy drink and a card then off we left due to the storm was back on its way in.. I was driving so it was good..

Once we go to Coarsegold it was snowing, well starting to.. We were lucky to get down a mountain called Deadwood its a very dangerous mountain to drive into Oakhurst.. I put the car in low gear and drove down the hill.. Once in Oakhurst, we drove to park the car at Vons a local store and switch cards due to the snow falling so hard. I have pics of the snow, I'll post those soon.. I'll hook up the cam and down-load them... So finally around 1ish or so when Sis and Bro inlaw arrived and we did gifts, some of them, and took a break, put J down for a nap due to being so whinny. I laid down with him to keep him calm. He slept about an hour or 2...? Dinner was being prepared, we had turkey, ham, green bean casarole, stuffing, rolls, water, pop, cranberries, olives ( black & green)... I was hopeing for pickles LOL..

After dinner we cleared the table to open the rest of the gifts, I oraganized as we went due to getting alot of stuff.. We got a car vac, a juicer, cloths, all 3 of us, Some small stuff, and all in all it was nice.. I was exhausted.. I think we all called it about 10 or 11pm but I sat in bed reading for a bit, and tried to sleep but kiddo had other plans it took me an extra 2 hrs to get him to settle down and sleep.. Oy! It was a very long night.. I tossed and turned all night long and woke up to a stuffy nose, blah.. !

This morning Hub and I were up at 8 and mom and erv were up between 6 and 7 am this morning.. We boggyed to get ready, I showered first, then hub showered and we all dressed, then got the truck loaded to go back down to town, omg it was white as heck up there so beautiful the last time I saw snow was on my wedding day almost 8 yrs ago.. Man its been so long.. We ate breakfast at a local place called Pete's Place, oh so good they have good lunch, dinner items we miss that place.. Left there, to go and pick up my car, and load it up , got that loaded it was covered in snow.. We drove over the mountain the very one we told you about, it was plowed from the previous night of snow, so no chaines were needed.. Thank God!

So we made it home by 11am this morning, we puttered around the house, I left to pay a bill and put money in the bank, Hub is paid on Monday so that'll help then I paid a bill online that I needed to pay but with so much going on , slipped my mind.. So today has been home and relaxing on/off.. Son napped for 2.5 hrs today, oh that was soo great, while I watched Parking Wars on TV oh good show to watch.. So now we're in the wind-down of the day and about to relax and rest.. So much needed..

Well I pray and hoped y'all had a wondeful Christmas and a great time with family and friends.. Now gotta be pre-pared for a new year and new goals and dreams right!? My love to you all..

Christmas Eve

Hello Loved Ones

Well, here we are, Christmas eve and boy its been a busy day.. Course Hub thinks that doing last minute stuff wasnt a big deal but oy it was busy! Stores were busy and traffic wasnt bad but man took us awhile due to all the stuff we did do.. So a peice of advice, dont wait till the last minute!

We ate lunch, got coffee, had Carls Jr then went to the dollar tree, then hit target, on the way, picked up last minute things there, found some good deals to, at least 30% off prices.. Which to me isnt bad! My son was cranky as hell today, so he's sleeping now.. Hope he'll wake up in a good mood.. I just finished cleaning our bathroom up and oh it smells so nice! Hub did the dishes and wipped down so its all nice and clean in the house now.. So all we need to do is get the baskets ready and wrap more stuff, and load the van up.. So a bit more to do but thats ok, I can handle that..

So tomorrow is gonna be interesting.. Hope that we'll end up having a good time spite the weather.. Hope it doesnt snow! I dont need snow yet.. Not till we get to my IL's place.. So now chilling for a bit and getting hungry! AHH! LOL

One Week till Christmas..

Hello Loved Ones..

Well we're 1 week from Christmas morning.. Wow where does the time go? I am amazed how fast it does truly go.. We're bakin away here, doing Christmas baskets for all of our loved ones on top of a quick lil gift for them, so finishingup that this weekend along with washing my car and vacuuming it out and all that, so much fun! I am amazed how fun it is..

On the side note, we are packing away to, going to move next month after Jan 1st of 09.. Well its a long story on how we got this apartment but just say all in all we'll get it.. Not really about praiseing God but yet it does, kind of hard to put into words. But we are getting help with a washer /dryer so we'll be able to get my set soon as we make the move and settle in.. I am excited! This is like the best I can ask for.. So after Christmas we'll shop around for a set and price it out for us to get..

Other than that not much on the home front.. Had to get a tire fixed, went flat on me this week, I think it was Monday that it happened.. And brand new tires to.. Oy! I wasnt happy at all.. So we took it by a shel station to see if we can get it fixed they couldnt do it, so we stopped at Goodguys and they were able to fix it for $20 and it took them 45 to place the spare back under the van.. I was a little impaitent with it but at least its done and no worries about traveling now.. Yeah!

So today was spent after last night packing and baking watching Little House on the Prarie then watched some Christmas movies and a little tv time b4 bed.. We were exhausted..

We've had some family stuff going on.. My Husban'd Grandpa had a gallbladder surgery last night so plze pray that he feels well in a few days and will be able to travel with Hub's aunt and uncle on Christmas day.. He's been in the hospital since I think Monday morning, and will be home this weekend. So other wise he's doing well from what we know.. They took the tube out of his throat this morning and can eat if his "functions" start working good again to..

So thats it here, just enjoying another day.. My sweet Hubby is working today and through the week till next Weds which is Christmas Eve and I have him all day long, yeah! Then Christmas day.. I gotta say that in itself is a miracle due to just wasnt sure if he'd have the holiday off.. So I am happy and hope it stays that way.. He's been working alot due to parties at work, big ones so pray he keeps his rest in the mist of the holdiay seasons and that he'll keep his job.. (Long story)

Christmas Shopping.. My 100th Post, Yeah!!!!

Hello Everyone..

Well today was spend shopping for Christmas.. Moslty just to take things slow and try to enjoy the day.. We went to Taco Bell and Hub and I were of course trying to decide what to eat.. I had a chilupa and a chicken quesidilla and the whole lunch was pretty aweful, I had brought an sweet tea with me also.. So then we went round for Hubby to Christmas shop for me and Josh.. The whole day was throwned off and just been aweful..

So then we came home, used the restrooms, Hub took out trash, and I washed few dishes, tomorrow or Fri will be laundry day.. Then I went out and took Hub's car to fill it with fuel for the week, so he can save his tips for gas or drinks, then got dinner chinese food, was aweful to begin with, so soggy and ugh.. Altho I am happy that my son J tried chow-mein and he enjoyed it , coure he likes pasta anyway.. So he's in bed and I'm waiting on Ghost Hunters ( GH) to come on.. I love this show have watched it pretty much the past year or so.. So awesome.. Well I know this isnt a long post, but its some thing.. Hope y'all enjoying the Christmas festivaties..

Decorating for Christmas....

Hello Loved Ones

I pray that y'all's Thanksgivng was wonderful and filled with lots of food and the joy of loved ones.. We as I had stated in my previous post,that we did our celebration a bit early like 2 days ahead.. We have some pics on my Myspace page if you want to check them out..

Last night was spent getting our tree set up so we can decorate the house and fill it with Christmas things.. Esp now that its December 1st.. I normally decorate the weekend after T-day but the holiday was on the very last Thursday of the month so it put things sort of fast and furious..

I still have gifts to ship out and cards to mail also photo's to print.. So I can do that next week, yeah! Then I can start wrapping and preparing to make stuff for the family we're doing basketes this year for them so that'll be exciting..

Today we spent the day running errends, and banking picked up Hub' s check.. Then we ran to Vons to pick up a few things there, we needed food for dinner.. Then we got home and the fog was rolling in, was very cold today. I remembered I forgot to pick up a couple things so I went back out in the fog and got wipes and wrapping paper I struck gold on wrappin paper, 2 for a buck! WAHOO!

So now I"m home and we're all eating dinner and about to decorate the tree for Christmas.. My son will stay up a bit later tonight due to him waking up at 2:30-3:00 am So its been a challenge..

Happy Thanksgiving

Hello Loved Ones....

Well as you can guess, its Thanksgiving week and me, Dh and Josh had a wondeful T-day dinner.. Even though DH works this Thursday the actual holiday of Thanksgiving.. So we had some of the fixings, Stuffing, mashed tators, turkey, gravy, green-bean casaraole, pickles, olives, and celery sticks and last but not least rolls.. We'll have our pie later its Pecan pie my favorite! YUM!

So soon we'll be putting up the Christmas tree and watching Christmas movies.. I cant believe we're about a month or so from Christmas and a new year.. I am floored that this year has gone so fast and so quick.. But even tho its brought some hard times, and yes battled depression but hope this coming year that'll all change if not then I talk to my Dr about it and get some thing to help me along.. And I pray that my sweet Husband does the same..

We're thinking of 2 things, 1 is to have anther child biological or we'll adopt.. I am not sure which direction we'll go but I pray one of those will lead to a great path of a new chapter in our lives.. So we'll see how it goes the next few months as we progress and pray on this part of our lives...

Well I'm gonna close for now, and hope y'all have a great Thanksgiving and be safe and home from all harm and enjoy the cozyness of the weather.. Plus its raining here! Yeah!

Good News Day!

Hello Loved Ones....

Well today was good news prasie be to God..! I tested negitive for cancer, but I do have Fibroids how ever you spell it.. So I am happy clam.. They'll do another mamogram in 6months to be sure all is well and then do one yearly to be sure I'm still in good health for the rest of my life..

So I emailed and called family and told them the good news.. Then Hub went to get his check, then off to the bank, then came home, picked up me and Josh, to go out and head to the bank before it closed for the day.. Then he got me a coffee drink at 31 flavors then we went grocery shopping to pick up T-day's food and regular food..

Then we picked up KFC for dinner and ate that and watche our shows that we enjoy.. Now we got a movie going called Noise.. Waiting on the show House to come on DVD rental that we rent, such a cool show , altho not to own it of courese or I'd go stir crazy! LOL!

Well I just thank God for the love and support of good friends and family for their prayers and love the past couple weeks.. It means alot to me that y'all are in my life and there to support what ever I go through.. So a big THANK YOU!

Hello Loved Ones

Well my week has been busy! I have no idea where to start.. I guess I'll start with Monday..DH worked Monday and has all week , 6 days and he worked 6 days the week before last.. I'll have to double check the dates.. So Tuesday I got up after just a few hours of rest, and had a dental appointment, and oy it was alot better than any appt I had in along time.. The hygenist was great, she was really paitent with me to help me relax and take a time out if needed; which was only a couple times but I didnt feel her do any major cleaning which was the best experience.. I thanked her very much for helping me relax and just for her over all paitence..

Then Tuesday after I started my day at home, did the wash, and other things needed doing,dishes and what not.. Took care of my son Josh.. Weds had a 2nd appiontment to do a mamogram.. Now some might ask, why so early to do a mamogram when I'm not 40 yrs old.. Well I've had pain in my breast for awhile and just needed checking out .. So they did the mamograms and then took me to do the ultrasound.. The raidologist wanted me to go back to the Xray (mamo) and redo some of the Xrays.. before that, he said we should either do 2 things, one is wait 6mo and see where I'm at, or do a biopsy and see if there's any thing there to be concerned about...

So hope I know the results before my next Dr's appt for my pap to be done on the 19th of this month.. Oy! but at least I'll get it over with.. Most of my family knows now so we'll see how it goes for the next few days.. I hope to know by Monday or Tues of next week and not have my GYN tell me the results..

So this week will be a lil busy but not as much as it was this past week.. Hopefully a lil better of a week and prayer that no matter what God will see us through! I truly believe that.. Well thought I'd post before my week ran away from me.. I'll post again when I know the results.. Best of luck!

New Month

Hello Loved Ones

Here we are at a new month.. Thanks giving is up on us in a few short weeks.. Today was nice, Hubbie made a mac/cheese casarole and I had a sandwhich, then we left to got o K-Mart, and Hub got me my Coffee Drink at 31 Flavors,yum! Then thats about it..

At K-Mart I cound some cute slippers for Hubbie,and shoes for myself,and then some nice decore stuff for our home.. I'll post pics when I can.. We had taco's tonight for dinner so now watching the movie called The Hulk.. We have 2 other movies to watch and look good..

So I know this isnt a long post, but at least its something that I can count on and do for the 1st of the month of November.. Hope y'all had a wonderful day.. We just had a couple days of rain, so its been nice out and alot cooler! Yeah!

Can I Get Anymore Busy!

Hello Loved Ones

Well as my post, can I get any more busy? Today woke up and was dreaming good, then got up, checked email, put soda in the freezer, took a bath.. Then dressed to leave to go out as a family.. We first hit Wal-Mart to look for a exercise bike (non movable) for my Mom in law's Husband who needs to loose some weight before he can have surgery to remove the tumor.. Priced one out, about $90is bucks.. Then left there, stopped by a place that sells furniture, TV's and PC's and Laptops for decent prices and you pay as you go, like each month til its paid off, which isnt a bad way to do so.. So we'll decide when we can start doing those things in small phases..

Then left there went to Target and got some groceries, and some play-dough for my son Joshua, looked at games, there's one that looks good, but dont need it now, got plentty to keep me busy.. Came home, started the dishes all but pots/pans and the regular stuff, cleaned off a previous desk, cleaned off, my new desk well its old and had it b4 but we brought it back in... Then took out 2.5 bags of trash and might skip laundry not sure.. I'll end up probably doing it tomorrow afternoon.. Not much on TV anyway.. No CSI new episode tonight..

So now waiting on dinner and will put kiddo to bed, cuz he has got to be tired! We had Jamba Juice tonigh to, Strawberry Whirl, mmm YUM! I had a Cauppicino yesterday.. After spending time cleaning my room, it was a mess.. So yeah can I get any more busy! LOL!

Crappy Day....

Hello Loves Ones

Well today started out fine.. I was up at 7 am and left for my Dr. appt and talked to the Dr, she's a sweet gal to.. Talked to the student nurse, she's a sweetheart also.. I need to make an appt with my primary Dr and schedule some meds and talk about stuff.. She felt my breast, and said that she didnt feel any thing but I told her I've had stabbing pains since January and its suddenly gotten worse.. So she ordered a mamogram for me, but since I am having some issues is why I go now and not when I'm 40yrs old. Thats in 7 yrs..

Then my hearing aid place called and said the aid was back and that I can stop by and pick up so Ieft here and on my way. Got into a minor accident, course the other car isnt damaged but mine has a minor dent in it.. Blah.. I called Hubbie all upset and so he offered to come home and did, so he's with me tonight.. I have a bad headache tonight so I'm waiting for the asprine to kick in.. I feel a nap coming on..

So thats my crappy day and just want to crawl under the covers and not come out of my cave for awhile... WAH!

So I am gonna go and relax, been going all day it seems, I rested a little bit but not completly.. Aagin, blah!

Busy Day Yesterday..

Hello Loved Ones

Well here we are nearly halloween in a week or so.. We just celebrated my mom in law's birthday yesterday.. She had no idea we were coming up for dinner,nor her parents either.. So it was cool to see her surprised.. The food was great! OMG I couldnt believe it.. We ate at this place where they cook the food in front of you.. So cool, I want to go there again it was that good pricey but good.. So we all had fun, it was about almost 2 hrs at the restruant but it was a good relaxing place soon alot of people left and so it was just us and a few other people..

Yesterday was spent running around a little bit.. We left to get the car tire plugged, Hub ran over a nail and its the tire I didnt need to repalce a few months ago, like the beginning of this year.. So it'll have to be replaed soon anyway.. So no worries.. Then we went to Dollar Tree for wrapping stuff, and left there, came home so Ican wrap.. I reminded Hub to cash his check before the bank closed so he did that and got home as I finished wrapping the gifts, and then I left to go to the bank myself and put money in it, and mail off mail that needed to go.. Came home changed cloths, got all of us ready and we left around 5pm to get up the mountains by 6:30ish.. We were on time actually! Which was great!

So all in all we had a good day.. No major upsets or fighting.. I was happy cept battled anxiety but that went away as the day progressed.. So now sitting here, pretty much done with a few things but I need to get more stuff done.. Oy!

Birthday Bash!

Here's my son Joshua, opening his gifts on Tuesday... I know bad mamma for doing this blog late, but mommy hasnt been feeling 100% this week.. So now here we go, he's now 3 yrs old and loving to open gifts..

Here's my son enjoying the slides.. He loves to go down and climb up stairs. He has a full joy and doesnt care for swings that much yet.. So maybe? hmm!

Here's the cake we did.. We did the car's theme We enjoyed this cake and oy it was rich in flavor.. So I gotta post a big pic of this cake.. YUM!

A Busy Day

Hello Loved Ones

Well today was busy! I got up course I'm on my period so its like ahh! Then I took a hot shower, and dressed and got Hub up and J up fed him, got him dressed, did dishes and browsed online then made Hub shower and dress to leave to get his check,and poor J threw a tantrum because Daddy left and I'm here.. So I told him we're going byebye and so he calmed down after a hug.. We left not 2 mins later and walked out the door to run to Target.. We got his comortor for his bed,and wrapping paper,card, all that good stuff..

Then I went to the bank, put in some money.. We came home,dropped off the car, I drove our new one, went to Grandmas for dinner to celebrate my son's 3rd Birthday.. We then drove to Wal-Mart and got plates cups, all that good stuff for the party tomorrow.. We'll be doing a B-Day party at 1pm at the local park here in town.. I pick up the cake, and ice for the cooler that I have.. So today was long and just overly hot.. My stomach is calming down some but oy it was upset! We had ribs tonight w/baked tator and salad.. J ate a couple bites of ribs, and tator so I'm happy with that..

I got myself some brown slippers booties oh they are sooo comfy! I cant wait till its a lil cooler to wear them.. Well, thats about it here.. I know this isnt a long post but its something..

Anniversary Date..

Hello Loved Ones

As many of you do know, today Oct 1st is an anniversary date for me of being adopted by parents who could provide.. I know its like what? But often its a day they celebrated and its a tradition that I still hold dear, even though my parents are in heaven and I hope they ask Jesus to peak down and see how I'm doing or get a good report from our Lord..

Hubbie said I can buy a game called Silent Hill Homecoming, I pre-ordered it I think 2months ago or so, and so it was due in today but shipped tomorrow, oy! I so want that game,but I'm paitent and can wait.. No hurry.. The Fresno Fair is coming to town, and do hope to go some time soon, now that the weather is cooling we can so my son wont be hot and cranky in the heat.. Thank you Lord! About time to.. Altho I do love the crispness in the air and the falling ofi leaves from trees ( Which is happening now) and such beautiful colors.. If I had a house to paint, I'd paint in those beautiful colors.. Its amazing how I can do that and be happy..

For some of you may not know, we purchased a new car on Sunday, its a mini-van and its by Crystler and its omg so smooth and great to drive.. I am used to it and amazed how quickly I am used to such a slightly bigger car.. I guess its in Gods time and hands that he made a way for us to do so.. So to God be all the glory!

Other than that not much is happening.. Just dealing with the weather change and hope my cycle is on its way soon,but due to change in temps again, I am bound to realize its gonna be late again!. WAH!

Fall Cleaning..

Hello Loved Ones

Well Sunday we spent hours cleaning our room and closet.. We got rid of alot of stuff, mostly stuff that we knew we didnt need to keep and in spite of being in such a small space 2bdrm apt just cant keep alot of stuff.. So we got out alot of stuff and a lil more to do but not much..

Monday we spent driving around and having a ball.. Got home after grocery shopping and then just chilled watched CSI Miami yea Season 7 !!!!

Then today I took Hub to work, and we spent the afternoon running around doing errends.. Went by Allstate, then got me a coffee drink then got what I had thougth was invitations, no! Then bought slippers for my son for his bday.. So today just shot by.. So in an hour I pick up Hubbie from work and then come home and chill.. Thank God, cuz tomorrow I got laundry to do and just blah of stuff, amazing how fast things pile up? I so cant wait to move to another apt to have a w/d of my own.. It piles sooo fast now days.. Esp when fall/winter is on the way..

My Weekend.

Hello Loved Ones

Well we had a blast over the weekend.. Even tho it wasnt very long.. Hub got home around 11ish and started to help me put final touches on stuff for our trip and load the car and all that.. We stayed up really late and finally got up and left around 7:30 got down there 10:30 made 2 stops on the way.. One was food and restroom stops.. We enjoyed the time down.. My son J had a great time. Played and crashed finally late on Sun night, so he was exhausted yesterday on the drive home.. The drive home was a little trafficy but not bad.. Sun was better, leaving at sun-rise..

Last night we got back to town and learned our power had just turned off, and came back on like 30mins later.. Thank God cuz we wanted to watch the NFL game, Cowboys/Eagles game.. Good game to,back/forth all night long.. LOL!

We had dinner and my head was pounding by then, so I jumped in the tub to relax my muscles from driving I drove down and half way back, so I was pretty tired.. Then I took 3 advils after dinner to kick it and it didnt almost barely touch the headache , which sucks!

So we went to bed late and woke up eh late today to, atho son wouldnt sleep till 11ish pm last night.. We watched House to enjoy an evenig I just wanted to sit in bed to relax since I couldnt sit in the living room, just to exhausted..

So today was nice, back to normal again.. I cleaned some, did dishes, cleaned my desk, and the table off, and still need to vacuum but mabye I can get Hub to do that in the AM? That'd help me out alot! Next Monday is first day of fall, and we'll finally be in the 80's again, yes!!!! I am sick of 90 degree weather!

Plus I'm still lookin for an work at home job thats legit. Been doing research for awhile now just havent gotten there yet but still looking.. My BFF found a site for me to look so I did that, and hope to find some thing there to.. I want something thats 20hrs or so a week is all I need to bring in $200-500 every 2 weeks.. Its all we need to keep afloat..

Remembering 9/11

Hello Loved Ones

I know many of you this day has come /gone by the time your day starts, mine is just beginning.. I remember this day back in 2001, been barely married 5months by the time the whole world turned up-side down.. And has been since 01.. I often find that many of the American people try and be patriotic for this day and just light candles, say prayers and be supportive espically for NY,the Pentagon,and PA areas where planes have crashed killing many people outside the WTC buildings.. There's been so many speculations as to why both buildings colapsed even though both are or were made of steel. I am amazed that 7 yrs have gone by since that day, and to see how horrid our ecconomy has gotten, how bad things are now, and how often are we going to stand by and watch.. We should continue to keep the victiams of 9/11 in our hearts/prayers as we remember this day.. May God bless all of us and continue to help us as a nation.. Godspeed..

Georgious Weather!

Hello Friends

Well today was wonderful, in spite of a break of 100 degree heat, we are in the 80s since yesterday (Sunday) and soo nice! I am for one glad for the much needed summer break and start to feel some sort of fallish feel to the weather and life..

Today we sort of gotten a late start, but thats ok.. Was a little rushed this morning/afternoon trying to find the fall cloths and we will soon need to locate some of our cloths for our trip down south soon... So then my mom in law called and said they were in town and if we'd like to have lunch, so I ran to shower and dress, even tho my period showed up yesterday (Finally) after about 2 or 3 days late.. So we were busy bees today.. We at at Sweet Tomatoes, pretty good food, altho I was hungry didnt eat alot.. Then we left there and went to Oak-Liquidators a couch, furniture store, for a couch, and nothing there that is exactly what I"m lookin for.. So then we came back to Clovis, checked out Mattress Land for a bed, found one for $1000 but eh Hubbie didnt warm up to it.. So then we left and came home for a quick stop and then left to get me a coffee drink, then off to Blockbuster to rent 3 movies, dont ask me the names no idea.. Then off to Target to walk around and I found soda a 12pk for $3.66 not a bad deal! Then off to find laundry detergent, and found a huge container which I never find..

Then checked out there, went to Game Stop and looked there, nothing much of interest, cept for 2 games that are coming out soon, one I have on pre-order is coming out the 30th, and the other looks good so I might ask for Christmas.. Yah! Then we decided to head home.. Once home we cleaned out the car, (OY! ) is all I gotta say.. Then I went to the $.99 cent store for some food for dinner since Hubbie didnt know what he wanted, so now we're having BBQ chicken, Rosted Tators, Sort of like Garlic Bread, and what not w/it.. So its cookin now.. I got the B-Day cards nearly ready to mail tomorrow for Hub's Grandma and Aunt.. Their B-Days are this week in fact.. O and 1 Anniversary card for my SIL.. Which I need to write out as soon as I am done typing this..

So other than that not much happening.. Son is on bed and I am chilling relaxing some.. I am so happy.. Battled a slight headache tonight, I think it was just me PMSing and the continious going all day but hey its worth it and I enjoyed myself.. :)

Well, I do hope everyone is enjoying what weather y'all are getting.. Its suppose to go back to normal for us soon, back up to the 90's , UGH! I so wish it stayed in the 80s the rest of the month I"d love it.. Well off to figure out how dinner is coming.. Much love !

Summer Closing

Hello Friends

Well here we are at the close of the Olympics and its amazing how time flies when you watch each country to show what they can do.. I love to watch them and so cant wait for Vancuver for the 2010 and London for 2012 yes!!! I gotta admit while taking the past 2 weeks watching this and seeing things really helped and keep the stress down due to watching what I enjoy and that is sports.. I find myself going wow as I watch the Opening and Closing Ceremonies as to how beautiful and no other country will be able to top China for thier spectacular performances and volenteers for their hard work and often sought help.. I hear they were great when every one was there and just all over all everyone had a great time..

On the home front things are slightly better, just taking things slow, course my personal period will be here at the end of the week, oy! Then I did laundry today due to just the heat at 100 and gonna be HOT the next few days this week as we close Summer out for the year.. Soon Labor Day will be here and offical fall weather upon us.. I am for one lookin forward to fall.. I've been reading my books to the past 2 weeks and one was awesome!!! Its called Sense of Evil and wow ! Is all I gotta say..Now I'm on Enchanted by Kay Hooper.. So just trying to get a littel down time and read while I can.. We're watching a movie calle The Mummy good movie and the new movie came out this summer, so I cant wait to see that.. So excited! So many good movies coming out and esp Harry Potter soon! Gotta see that or I'll go nuts!

Well, I do pray y'all have a good summer and get ready for the fall and schools stated and just begin the holiday seasons.. Hope to get through them with grace and paitence.. Well, now off to bed very tired after doing 4 loads of wash today in 100 degree temps..

Books and More Books..

Hello

Well, for some of you of my good friends who love to hear about my weeks.. Last Friday went in to the Ear/Nose/Throat Dr, and he'll approve my aid,yes! Thank you Lord for that! He also gave me a nazel spray for my hay-fever (allergies) and it seems to help and give major relief for sure.. So hope my aid comes in soon, I need it!

Today I got books ,3 of mine and 3 for Hubbie.. I got 3 of Kay Hooper books, and Hubbbie got some for him that he likes and I'll prob end up reading those to, hehe! So as soon as the laundry is done, I'll curl up to a book and read and relax, I am pooped.. I went to B&BW (Bath and Body Works) to re-deem my coupons for some cool stuff, so I got a walflower refill and a body spray apple scented.. Then a free 2oz lotion that you can tuck away in your purse or car to have on you.. Kind of nice:) Then went to Dollar Tree (DT) for some stuff, and then movies we're watchin Penelopy (SP)? and the other one is some movie I got.. I was so depressed no good movies to watch, and we've seen most of them anyway.. Hubbie made brownies, YUM! I need a major chcoloate bing right now.. I"m moody as heck and dunno why..

Anyway waiting on towels to finish up and then I can enjoy my night.. Yea! Well, I hope y'all have a great week and be blessed as much as possible.:)

Hearing Levels

Hello Friends

Well yesterday was my standard hearing test which isnt bad had them all my life every so many years. Well I've dropped a little in what I do hear.. My analog aid isnt helping me in that area and so my audiologist wants me to have a digital aid if my insurence will pay for an aid.. So my hearing is at 85-90% out of 110% of deafness.. So thats not good or bad in which case is good.. So he said I hear with in 85-90 decibles I guess the bigger the number the harder and the more deaf they get.. Which is I guess ok since I know Sign Language that does help but it'll be hard cuz I've had an aid all my life and he said it should stay stable so keeping a huge prayer on that..

Then today I was to see an ear/nose/throat Dr well he was out either in surgery or doing surgery, not sure which? Either case I go back over there next Friday so he can approve the aid since this analog isnt helping me much.. And it eats batteries like crazy!

So thats my week on top of feeling crappy on Weds due to a huge headache and felt like I was gonna loose it.. Thurs I was in a good mood and woke up great and today was going well to, so needless I must be myself again.? My period is almost over thank God.. I hate AF so much.. So I am tired to, I need a nap! I'll get one soon tho.. Son slept along time today at least 3 hrs or so. So that was nice and peace and quiet! I like that:)

Well I wanted to post before I forget.. Hope y'all are good and having a great end of the summer.. Its almost over!!!!!!!!!! Yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!

A Little Fun

Hello Friends..:)

Well as y'all might know I know I brag and beg to display life as I know it and boy its not very exciting to post but we're getting better and better.. Often I know that often I find myself just enjoying the peace and quiet pace today even tho my monthly dropped today, ugh! So here we go!

Today we got up oh around 9ish this morning and left by 10:30ish to meet up with MIL who was coming down and we all had a nice lunch about an hour.. We couldnt go up to their place and go on their boat due to just no communicado.. So that was fine by me.. Then we're just sitting here enjoying a nice day even though it got up to 95 today not as bad as most days we've had in the 100s.. Oy!

We have a well I am not sure if its major but there's a fire in a community of Mariposa and they need prayers and pray for the fire-fighters that they fight it, from what we're told it'll take 2 weeks to containe it.. Thats gotta suck! So plze pray that it gets under control.. Thats my more serious note tonight..

So after lunch we came back to our part of town, we had Arby's for lunch it was "ok" not the greatest but hey cant complain when its food.. Then Hubbie got me a coffee drink at 31 Flavors then we went to the bank and deposited some money.. Then I asked Hub if we could look at the honda dealership for cars and find out some info.. Well we're getting serious about a new car but cant purchase till we pay off the one we have now, and then we'll be able to concentrate on the next car I'll end up driving.. I'm still not sure on which car, and in spite of trying to get pregnant again is a big thing now to.. Well not pushing to get preg but its on my wish list.. So I'm happy and the guy whom I spoke to about the car I wish to buy well, its the best and we exchanged info.. So I'm needless happy to know where I stand and where I wanna be in the next 6mo to maybe a year.. We'll see how it times out ..

So then we went to the movie place called FYE ? I think, dont quote me.. I got 4 movies and some were for a good price then we came home both of us were bushed and very hungry and tired.. Course Hubbie cleaned out the bed room some more and did some dishes for me.. Which was a plus to get a break, I so needed one! I am worn out physically.. Then we're just chilling I watched 1 of my movies and the 2nd I didnt finish, I let Hubbie watch his movie Catwoman with Hale Barry.. Good movie BTW.. I'll go back in 2 weeks and buy some movie for Christmas.. Since I can get good deals..

We had enchalta soup tonight oh YUM! So good.. I am a lil tired but not as much as I thought.. Esp when I know I've been going since oh, 9am.. Not as bad I think.. I'm about to pop in my movie again and finish it b4 I got bed.. O and I got a book called Haunted by Kay Hooper, so far good on Ch 2 I think? or 3?

A Fun Day

Well today was a semi-good day.. Hubbie had to finally be told to get up off the couch, and help me clean! He didnt like that of course but hey, I cant do it all myself all the time.. ugh! So I did dishes once I showered and cleaned the kitchen semi clean and its getting there, the only thing I hate is cleaning sheet pans.. Ugh! BLAH! I can wash the counters or sweep/mop the floors over cleaning that.. The trash is out and so now all is laundry

So then we left around 4pm to meet my g/f who lives 3.5 hrs away in Reedly and we often try and meet up.. She's coming back up in 2 weeks I believe.. And I'm planning a trip down in Sept, so we'll see each other more this year.. Yay!

We stopped at the small hard-ware store, called Orchard or OSH? and picked up some thing there, I have to go out later and get some bread and other things at the store... Other than that not much is happening. Kind of kicking back now enjoying a movie called Martian Child.. Pretty good with Jon Cuisac dont ask me to spell.. So thats about it.. We'll make Taco's later tonight, oohh yummy! I didnt eat much today cept for a BLT and some fries and half of a McD's sandchich.. Just wasnt hungry.. Wow nearly 9pm and I"m a lil bushed course havent been sleeping well lately so hope I'll start sleeping good again..

Extreem Heat..

Hello Friends.

Well this week has sure been HOT! Humid and over 100 outside.. Yesterday was the worst of it, up to 111 outside and there's NO way I'd take my son in the pool in this heat nuhuh. So we stayed in and besides I had a killer headache anyway.. My birthday suspence finally eneded on Tuesday.. We were up at my MIL and had an "ok" day.. Then its just been rough since. I got a nice shirt and then a gift certificate for Target for $75 and oy I was happy! So now I can spend on what I want! Mostly skirts for church and such which I dont have.. I need new cloths anyways so that'll most definatly help.... My SIL got me a 2nd pair of flip-flops and oy not such a great gift, I thought it was cheesey again.. I Mean good Lord, cant she think of any thing else?! I didnt like last years pair but now I wear them all the time and oy they are comfy but the new pair are blue, I'll post a picture some time of them..

Anyway thought I'd post its been a week.. Gotta keep the weekly postings hehe! Hope y'all are trying to enjoy your summers and get through as much of it as you can.. Much love!

Happy 4th of July

Hello Friends

Happy 4th of July.. Not sure what I'm gonna do today,mostly watch war movies or some shows about something to remember all of our men/women who lived and died to keep our country free. Including those who are alive or dead now that were war vets of each war we have.. We continue to pray for our men/women on land or sea to be safe while in Iraq and pray for their safe return soon to us.. Thank you all who have served and are serving.. God Bless You!

I am sure Fire-works are going off and many of Friends/Families are getting together.. My poor DH has to work this weekend cept for Sunday.. So he'll be working while me and DS are at home enjoying the staying in and just keeping safe off of the roads..

Remember plze no drinking/driving while out and about and think of others before yourself.. May God bless you and keep you on this special holiday..

First Week of July..

Hello Friends

Well here we are a new month July.. I am not surprised that we are at a new month and mostly due to just needing the time and energy.. Today we just got a new car-seat for my son its by Evenflo and it looks comfy for him and its a 5pt harness for safety reasons.. He's not reaady for the booster and seat-belt deal yet.. He's smart and will unbuckle if its a reg seat so w/this he cant get out.. I'll post a pic of it soon..

So Grandma (DH's Grandma) came by and she bought the car-seat and a couple other things and tomorrow I'm going to go out hopefully and enjoy the morning with the new seat and with my son J.. Hubbie has 3 days off this weekend again.. Cept its Sun/Mon/Tues he works Sat and Tomorrow the 4th.. I'll do a diff post for tomorrow's holiday..This is a regular post..

We had a nice lunch/dinner at Denny's and my son ate like a horse and is down sleeping so I can get some much needed quiet time.. I was grumpy today but pulled out of that mood.. So I paid rent and put money in the bank, so now we're one happy camper! Wahoo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So on that note, I hope y'all have a geat 4th of July and celebrating our Nations Freedom and Independance..Remember no drinking/driving, and be kind on the roads this year..

Birthday Girl !!!!!

Well as you can see its my Birthday June 25, 2008 and I'm 33 yrs old... Think about it, I mean when I was born I wasnt supposed to be here or be alive becuase of so many factors and; yet God made the way and His grace alone is what stands out in life and the battle I had to endure as a baby..

Well I am spending the day with my Son and Husband, who are the light of my life due to the joy of being able to have family who actually cares its my Birthday and that they want to celebrate with me.. My one G/F is 3.5hrs away from me and I would love to spend my B-Day with her family as well as mine.. I know for sure one of these summers we will..

Tomorrow Hubbie will take me out to lunch/dinner and then find some cute gifts for me to buy..hehe! I cant wait.. I'm so happy I can shout! Altho I gotten some Birthday stuff already but there's still a couple things I want.. So one is a lil expensive and the other isnt.. So we'll see..

So we'll see how my day goes.. Just glad to be here and w/my family.. So if you read this blog plze drop a hint ok..:)

Intersting Week..

Hello Friends

Well this is gonna be an interesting blog post; only due to alot going on this week and alot of high stress from today to say the least.. I cant stand to not post to much info but not many who have my blog and nor read much of it.. So thats ok,I took it off of one site so its a bit more private..

Fathers Day was nice; even though at first I was in a foul mood but got over that pretty quick, and hubster was like why are you so grumpy and I"m gong I DONT KNOW! Anyway we got to his mom's and low behold not alot of ppl were there yet,so that was nice, we got there, and I ran down to get some Pepsi they serve water,or diet soda, I hate diets cept for 7 up or Diet Coke.. Gotta e cold tho! Some times diet A&W is good to.. But I was more into Pepsi, and so I did that and came back and more folks had arrived, so we went and did that, and relaxed some.. Not many talked to us me or Hubbie so we were quiet bored to death. Dinner was served around 4 or 5pm was orginally to set around 2:30ish but started wayyy late. Ugh!

Then we got home around 10pm and put my son to beddy bye and he went down ok.. Then we watched 2 movies, one is American Gangster and the other The List.. Both were pretty good movies.. I returned them on Monday..

So Monday comes along and I have to pay the final court fees ,YES! So I go down, we had a good time, Dh had to work, so I was alone most of the day.. Which was fine, and ran errands, sent off packages, and the like ya know life..

Then finally got home put son down to nap, due to the heat, and I needed a breather, my g/f and I texting back and forth my angel.. So then we left to get daddy and come home put Ds back to bed and we're eating for the night and pure exhaustion.

Then this week has been wonky due to diff days that DH is working.. So I am like confused on what day of the week it is now.. Going what day is it?! I'm totally lost hehe!

So I've been home on/off this week and been pretty happy, just needed to get some stuff done, ya know around the house, did laundry, DH does dishes, and we both vacauum.. So now its close to Friday.. Amazing that its amost Friday feels like Friday and not Thursday..? Strange week I'm having... I went to the bank this AM to put some money in it, and then we called our attorney to find out what they called about,and to come to find out, they couldnt get ahold of some certificates that we had, and in the long run we're not gotta dish out $500 to file 2 lil certificates, I was sooo angry I about think I popped a gasget.. DH wasnt happy but in all honesty its not our fault it was the damn web-site that we were told to go to, the classes and they didnt do their damn job.. I told our lawyer to,and she totally understood and knew ya know how we felt and all.. I had a couple high bills this week so its taking some money.. Well now we're gonna be tight for about 3 months to get re-adjusted to the dishing out this $500 I am still peeved..

Anyway just a note of life, some times God throws things at us to see how we're gonna react.. Yes I am angry but I gotta let it go and let him keep the control of things and just keep it in his hands.. Hard to do and easy to say.. But I know he knows this and is forever paitent with us to learn this valuable lesson.. So just know all things work together for our good, Romans 8:28

Discombobulated!

Hello Friends...

Well, many of you might say what in the world is Discombobulated? Well thats a word I learned a long time ago, in a musical that I was in for school.. I dont re-call the words to the song,but its about sums up life right now..

We had to re-take every thing out and tonight in the process of putting back the stuff once again!. I am so tired and been not feeling to hot and dealing with pest control once again, and most weren't ready for pest control due to they didnt care,but for those of us who had bugs/pest were annoyed to have our homes up-side down for the most part.. Had to move ALL of the furniture and so forth,not fun.. Tonight we moved a few peices around and re-doing stuff as we go.. I still have the bathroom to finish and then I can go to bed... I am again very tired.. Last night I went to bed oh, around 2-3 am.. Woke up around 5-6am and had a heck of a time going back to sleep.. UGH..

So we're about on Fathers Day and my husband has the day off, but his work schedule is off a lil bit to, so we'll all have to adjust to certain days off till he gets back to his normal schedule.. So we'll see.. My Birthday is soon here, and I so cant wait..I got some of my b-day gifts so I'll share with you some of those.. Lets see what else? Not much going on here.. Just enjoying myself what I can; and just dealing with the heat, and just about to hit over 100 outside,oy! I am so not ready for summer but thats ok.. I can do this..:)

Long Week!

Hello Friends.

Well its been a long week for sure. Even though my DH was home this week an extra 2 days due to a toothache which he got taken care of on Weds (yesterday) sorry drew a blank there.hehe

So he's been in pain since Sunday but the tooth broke a month or so ago and so now its all done, he has 2 more to do,but maybe we can prevent that and get his teeth done and glasses and his medical all done b4 summer is over? I hope so!

Lately I've been really exhausted, and been busy keeping house, but all in all things and life is good.. I did laundry today and washed a few dishes and ate a pizza and watching a movie called The Family Stone, oy it hits home for me in that movie , its a clean film but wow emotional .. I want to own it to, so we'll see..

The weather has been nice, and in the 80's and enjoying it.. I did get some goodies at Bath & Body Works and oy it was nice! Then I got a wallflower called Cinimon Stick, its strong but oh smells so good! I am like yeah!

Well here we are near Friday and my week went POOF right under me.. I'm drinking a chocolate shake, omg so good! My 2nd one this week to. I asked my sweet Dh to get me one. Mmm!

So thats my post tonight, not alot but enough for now.. I'm still pretty tired and need to sleep some.. May God bless you and Keep you and that all are safe in the summer time .. :) Much love

The End of May...

Hello Friends

Well here we are at the end of May.. I am for one glad to see it go.. I know alot of people ask why well, besides Mothers Day, the month doesnt bring much joy but at least my walk in the Lord is more and getting there each day..

Please bear with me, I have a dull headache and had it since this early Am like around 2:00 on and even went to bed with it but took some thing to help but its not all helpful at the moment and took a 2nd dose of OTC (over the counter) meds.. They do bring some relief but alot of times, it takes the edge off for awhile..

Anyway back to to my post.. June is here and we'll be celebrating fathers day and many who have birthdays also which is me! My birthday is the 25th of June and oh so nice, even tho I hate summer hope each summer comes its mild and just wonderful.. Most summers here in the Central Valley are very hot, it goes from Bakersfeild to I believe Medesto or so, and its just HOT.. I hate it but at least we have A/C and are able to keep cool with a pool to.. My son hasnt learned to swim but he loves the water, espically bath time.. I took him swimming 2 weeks ago and he cried for about 5mins and then he got used to the big pool and wanted to swim.. So that was nice.. Even tho during the day it was over 100 outside..

So we're beginning to break into summer routine here and lazyness and that I dont have a car right now, makes things a lil difficult for me but that'll be remedied next year for sure.. So then I can do more activities with my son that stay home couped up from the summer heat and winter rain.. I am a winter person, I'd rather do stuff in the winter time than any thing, summer I get the depression due to the heat and just not much I find fun..

So hope everyone has a great summer and filled with busy bees even when the gas prices are over $4.33 here a gal, unbelieveable.. I sure wish the governmt would fix that and for everyone to have to pay regular price but thats a whole diff post than what I want to get into here.. So I pray everyone is safe and enjoys the summer time with loved ones..

Interesting Week..

Hello All

Well,this has been a very long week I gotta admit.. Even though alot of the programs and shows are coming to season finale.. Lets see whats on the block for this week.. Well, we singed a new lease for 6 mo to give us some time and perspective on what to do and save some money to move.. Which in turn I doubt.. We had a very hot weekend last weekend, and it was in the 100's this weekend and whew, our A/C was wonky from not producing enough cool air.. So Monday we had that looked at, then fixed.. Today we got our 2 remaining plugs fixed and so now they work,yeah! Happy about that..

So thats been the bulk of my week.. My shoulder/neck pain is finally going down still there some but its slowing and its such a releif to have; been taking so much tyelnol and advil to move and do stuff.. Today tho I had to take allergy meds due to the high winds we got yesterday and today.. Well, I thought I'd post my useal posting of 1x a week,hehe.. Hope y'all are having a great time and staying cool or comfy while this weather is nice this weekend, my DH has 3 days off, so I dunno what we're gonna do with ourselves.. So my bday is coming up in a month and so I am soo excited, even though I'll be eh my 30's .. HELP! LOL
