Rain, Rain Rain and Loving It!

Hola All

Hope y'all are well.. Well this week has been interesting.. To say the least things are calmer now than they were earlier in the week on Mon/Tues.. My DH got his license renewed with out a problem and I am glad and I cant wait to get his check on Monday and go grocery shopping, course I hope I can go this week, maybe tomorrow if he'll let me have the car:)

I talked to a couple good solid girl/friends this week and both are great and easy to confide in about problems and needed advice, both are gifted in different areas and thats a solid blessing to thank you sisters, you know whom you are.. ;)

So just playing catch up this week, course I finally let DH or convince him is more the word to let me do some laundry and take $20 and do the 5.5 loads I had .. When he walked out with me to see how much I had gotten started he was floored, I was doing 4 loads and still had 1.5 to finish.. He was like wow, so $10 wouldnt have been enough and I'm all well not really not counting the weekend and such to. So we'll see.. Its been raining as you can see my tital of this weeks blog, course California is getting blasted by this storm and now in places and Fwy's being shut down and small towns such as Oakhurst and North Fork shutting down and schools cancelled and just ton of stuff gonig on.. So we're supposed to see a break and then a few more showers but next week according to a channel we have here is KSEE 24 news and it said we're due for sun/clouds next week no rain.. So we'll see!

Its been nice being home and not have to go out in this rain, even though my fav thing to do is drive in it.. I prefere to curl up with a blanket and a good book and a soda pop.. But having a tot and watching him to be sure he's safe well curling up to a book isnt gonna work till bed time for DS..hehe

Well thats about it here, just waiting to get the weekend here.. Mostly due to DH going to work tomorrow early from 1pm-9pm and Sat morning from 6am-2pm so, not much time but after work Sat, I have him from Sat evening till Tuesday he goes back to work normal hours.. Yeah! I cant wait.. I'm still waiting on my ATM card and checks from WM (washington mutual) bank and its taking a while for me to get them.. They said a week and its lil over that now.. HMM wonder whats taking so long! Anyway hope to have that soon as possible so I can put in my DH's checks and such till we deal with some financial matters and again only close freinds know about that much of what we're doing.. Family will not know much about our decisions or can do much about it.. Sucks but its the truth..
